Charles Brahmbhatt – Physiotherapist
Charlie has over 6 years experience working in private practice after graduating from Brighton University, England. Over the years Charlie has worked in collaboration with many leading orthopaedic surgeons and gained extensive experience in pre and post surgical rehabilitation which is one of his specialist areas. He has invaluable experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from general aches and pains, running and sports injuries.
Charlie has a special interest in biomechanics and the study of human movement. He looks to discover and resolve the root cause of injury to provide effective long-term management and return to optimal function after injury or surgery. Charlie’s range of experience ensures he is as apt at treating occupational health injuries as he is working with Runners, children’s, adolescent and adult Rugby teams and world ranked tennis players.
Charlie believes in taking an individual approach to each patient using a combination of strong hands on, manual therapy skills and carefully selected exercises developed with extensive post – graduate training and over 10 years working as a Personal trainer. Charlie is continuingly adding to his skill repertoire by attending regular post graduate training and with his own self directed learning. Most recently Charlie completed the Polestar Rehabilitation Pilates course for Physiotherapists.
Charlie enjoyed sporting success as a National Champion and International Amateur boxer, training and competing for England all over the world. This experience has given him a vital empathy and understanding for his injured clients, ensuring a consistently goal orientated, patient driven approach to his work.
